Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Carrots
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 Salts
  • 1 Pepper
  • 100 g Green pea
  • 500 g Potato
  • 500 g Water
  • 50 g Butter
  • 100 g Milk
  • 50 g Grated gruyère

Steps

Preparation

  1. Peel, and add 1 onion in a workplan.
  2. Peel, and add 2 carrots in the workplan.

Meat and Vegetable Sauce

  1. Cut in two, and add 1 onion in the food processor bowl.

  3. Cover with the mashed potatoes.

  5. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.

Serving

  1. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
