Batter

Add 200 g of whole rice flour, 400 g of coconut milk, 200 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.

Add 100 g of green onion in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.

Filling

Wash the food processor bowl.
Add 30 g of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Add 200 g of pork loin, 50 g of onion, 1 g of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 g of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Add 200 g of cooked peeled shrimp, 100 g of beansprout in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 2:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.

Cooking the Crepes
