Ingredients
- 120 g Water
- 10 g Fresh baker's yeast
- 250 g Flour t55
- 10 g Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 150 g Tomato puree
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 Pinch(es) Dried oregano
- 150 g Ham slice
- 100 g Button mushroom
- 80 g Grated emmental
- 80 g Grated mozzarella
Steps
Dough Preparation
- Add 120 g of water, 10 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 10 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Form a ball.
- Setaside the dough in the mixing bowl cover with towel during 1h .
Pizza Topping Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 220°C.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a round shape.
- Transfer the content of the dough on a baking tray.
- Spread 150 g of tomato puree over the dough.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of pepper at a preparation content.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of dried oregano at the preparation content.
- Place 150 g of ham slice, 100 g of button mushroom on the preparation content.
- Sprinkle 80 g of grated emmental, 80 g of grated mozzarella over the preparation content.
Baking
- Cook in the oven at 220°C during 15min.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
