  6. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge cover with plastic wrap during 30min.

Cooking the Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  3. Transfer the content of the preparation content in the vapor basket.
  4. Place the vapor kit.
  5. Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  6. Remove the vapor kit.
  7. Empty the food processor bowl.

Glazing and Finishing

  1. Preheat the grill.
