- 50 g Salted butter
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 200 g Milk

- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 50 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl let cool.
Ice Cream Base
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 80°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl let cool.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Final Preparation
- Chop Carambars into small pieces with a knife.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 100 g of carambar in a preparation content.
