  • 150 g Water
  • 10 g Lemon juice

  4. Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
  5. Setaside the preparation content in a container let cool.

Orange Segments

  1. Segment the Oranges, removing all pith and seeds.
  2. Setaside the preparation content in the container.

Freezing & Blending

  1. Add 10 g of lemon juice in the preparation content.
  2. Stir the orange syrup.
  3. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a freezer bag.
  4. Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
  5. Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

Serving

  1. Serve Immediately.
  2. Serve the ice cream immediately, garnished with Orange segments.
