- Press the dough into the tartlet molds.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Setaside the preparation content on the workplan let cool.
Caramel
- Add 200 g of carambar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
Final Assembly
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the preparation content.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of hazelnut in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the preparation content.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
- Serve Cold.
