- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners
Dough Preparation
- Add 100 g of egg, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 200 g of flour t55, 2 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Melt Butter in the microwave and let it cool slightly
- Add 80 g of butter, 120 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the bowl.
- Gently fold in Dark Chocolate Chips by hand
Baking
- Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with the dough
- Sprinkle 20 g of dark chocolate chip on a preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Check doneness with a toothpick
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely
