  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners

Dough Preparation

  1. Add 100 g of egg, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 200 g of flour t55, 2 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Melt Butter in the microwave and let it cool slightly
  6. Add 80 g of butter, 120 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  8. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  9. Add 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the bowl.
  10. Gently fold in Dark Chocolate Chips by hand

Baking

  1. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with the dough
  2. Sprinkle 20 g of dark chocolate chip on a preparation content.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  4. Check doneness with a toothpick
  5. Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely
  6. Serve Cold.
