Melt the butter

  1. Add 120 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 3:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.

Prepare the dough

  1. Add 120 g of granulated sugar, 2 eggs in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 150 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
  6. Add 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2.

Baking

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
  3. Check if the cake is done with a toothpick.
  4. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Unmould the content of the cake mold on a strainer let cool.
  6. Serve Cold.
