  7. Add 20 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix knead: 5:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
  9. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  10. Shape the dough into a ball.
  11. Lightly oil the mixing bowl.
  12. Cover with a clean kitchen towel.
  13. Setaside the dough in the mixing bowl during 1h .

Shaping and Second Rise

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a bread loaf pan.
  3. Punch down the dough to release the air.
