- 150 g Flour t55
- 50 g Powdered almond
- 125 g Butter
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 75 g Liquid honey
- 75 g Brown sugar
- 150 g Mix of nuts
- 50 g Flaked almond
Steps
Base Preparation
- Add 150 g of flour t55, 50 g of powdered almond, 50 g of butter, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cling film warp in cling wrap.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
- Line the baking tray with baking parchment.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
Topping Preparation
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 75 g of butter, 75 g of liquid honey, 75 g of brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.
- Add 150 g of mix of nuts in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the baking tray.
- Sprinkle 50 g of flaked almond on the baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.
Final Steps
- Setaside the preparation content on the baking tray let cool.
- Once cooled, cut into squares.
- Serve Immediately.
