  • 50 g Powdered almond
  • 125 g Butter
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 75 g Liquid honey
  • 75 g Brown sugar
  • 150 g Mix of nuts
  • 50 g Flaked almond

Steps

Base Preparation

  1. Add 150 g of flour t55, 50 g of powdered almond, 50 g of butter, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cling film warp in cling wrap.
  4. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  6. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface.
  7. Transfer the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
  8. Line the baking tray with baking parchment.
  9. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.

Topping Preparation

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 75 g of butter, 75 g of liquid honey, 75 g of brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.
  4. Add 150 g of mix of nuts in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the baking tray.
  7. Sprinkle 50 g of flaked almond on the baking tray.
  8. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.

Final Steps

  1. Setaside the preparation content on the baking tray let cool.
  2. Once cooled, cut into squares.
