- Place 300 g of almond on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min.
- Allow to cool.
Making Almond Butter
- Place Almonds into the robot bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Continue mixing until smooth and creamy butter forms.
Storing
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Store in a cool, dry place. The almond butter will thicken as it cools.
