  • 500 g Potato
  • 150 g Onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 10 g Curry
  • 5 g Turmeric
  • 5 g Chili powder
  • 10 g Ground coriander
  • 400 g Diced tomato pulp
  • 100 g Water
  • 10 g Salt
  • 5 g Garam masala
  • 20 g Fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Cut into dices, and add 500 g of cauliflower in the cooking basket.
  2. Peel, cut into cubes, and add 500 g of potato in the cooking basket.
  3. Setaside the cooking basket beside a bowl.

Sauce

  1. Cut in four, and add 150 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  3. Chop, and add 20 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. Add 20 g of olive oil, 10 g of curry, 5 g of turmeric, 5 g of chili powder, 10 g of ground coriander in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  7. Add 400 g of diced tomato pulp, 100 g of water, 10 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
  8. Place the vapor kit.
  9. Move the steamer basket into the vapor kit.
  10. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  11. Remove the vapor kit.
  12. Setaside the vapor basket beside the bowl.
  13. Add 5 g of garam masala, 20 g of fresh coriander in the food processor bowl.
  14. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Combining

  1. Gently fold the steamed Cauliflower and Potatoes into the sauce.
  2. Serve Hot.
  3. Garnish with additional Fresh Coriander if desired.
