- Add 150 g of butter, 150 g of brown sugar, 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.

- Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 300 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 200 g of dark chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line baking sheets with baking paper.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min.
- Bake until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
