500 g Orange
400 g Granulated sugar
30 g Lemon juice

Steps

Apple & Orange

Peel and core the Apples.
Cut into rough chunks.
Peel the Oranges, remove the seeds and any white pith.
Cut into segments.

Marmalade Base

Add 500 g of apple, 500 g of orange, 400 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Check the consistency.
Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 2. Filler cap open
If desired, roughly chop the marmalade.
Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Finish

Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
Seal immediately.
Let cool completely.
