- 400 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Lemon juice

- Peel and core the Apples.
- Cut into rough chunks.
- Peel the Oranges, remove the seeds and any white pith.
- Cut into segments.
Marmalade Base
- Add 500 g of apple, 500 g of orange, 400 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check the consistency.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 2. Filler cap open
- If desired, roughly chop the marmalade.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Finish
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal immediately.
- Let cool completely.
