  2. Cut into small pieces, reserve the asparagus tips for decoration.

Flan Mixture

  1. Add 70 g of parmesan cheese in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  3. Add 2 eggs, 100 g of whipping cream, 50 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 150 g of green asparagus in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2 in inverse.

Cooking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the ramekin.
  3. Garnish with the reserved Green Asparagus tips.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
