- 200 g Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 120 g Granulated sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 200 g Flour t55
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
- 100 g Dark chocolate chip

Batter
- Peel, cut in four, and add 200 g of banana in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 2 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 200 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula in a mixing bowl.
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips with a spatula.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in a cake mold to be greased before.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
- Unmould the content of the cake mold on a strainer let cool.
Serving
- Slice the cake into 1-2 cm thick slices.
- Serve Immediately.
