Ingredients
- 50 g Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 120 g Flour
- 5 g Baking powder
- 120 g Milk
- 10 g Coconut
- 30 g Maple syrup
Steps
Pancake Batter
- Add 150 g of banana, 2 eggs, 120 g of flour, 5 g of baking powder, 120 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
Cooking the Pancakes
- Preheat the pan with an oil base.
- Pour 1/4 of the content of the food processor bowl on a frypan.
- Cook in the pan during 2min and turn regularly.

Topping & Serving
- Place the content of the frypan on a plate.
- Sprinkle 10 g of coconut on the plate.
- Add 50 g of banana, 30 g of maple syrup on the plate.
- Serve Immediately.
