Ingredients
- 500 g Banana
- 15 g Lemon juice

Banana Prep
- Peel the bananas.
- Cut the bananas into 1 inch thick slices.
- Transfer the content of the cutting board in a freezer bag warp in cling wrap.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 2h .
Sorbet Creation
- Add 500 g of banana, 15 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- If a smoother consistency is desired, repeat the scraping and blending process.
Serving
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a dessert bowl.
- Garnish with fresh banana slices.
- Serve Immediately.
