- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Mixed spice
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda

Soaking Fruits
- Add 225 g of dried apricot in a bowl.
- Add 300 g of raisin, 225 g of brown beer in the bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 8h .
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Chop Fruits
- Move the soaked dried apricots, raisins and brown beer into the bowl
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Mix Ingredients
- Add 300 g of flour t55, 100 g of butter, 100 g of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of mixed spice, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
- Check if a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving. This cake is better the day after.
