Soaking Fruits

Add 225 g of dried apricot in a bowl.
Add 300 g of raisin, 225 g of brown beer in the bowl.
Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 8h .

Baking

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Chop Fruits

Move the soaked dried apricots, raisins and brown beer into the bowl
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.

Mix Ingredients

Add 300 g of flour t55, 100 g of butter, 100 g of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of mixed spice, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Baking

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
Check if a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving. This cake is better the day after.
Serve Cold.
