Steps

Preparation

Boil the Red Beets in a pot covered with water for 20 to 40 minutes until tender when pierced with a knife.
Add 600 g of red beet in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 200 g of feta cheese, 20 g of fresh dill, 20 g of olive oil, 10 g of lemon juice, 3 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Serving

Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle 5 g of white sesame seed on the salad bowl.
Serve Immediately.
