  • 30 g Dark chocolate chip

Steps

Pancake Batter

  1. Add 125 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 15 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 egg, 120 g of milk, 15 g of butter, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula in a bowl.
  6. Add 50 g of blueberry, 30 g of dark chocolate chip in the bowl.
  7. Gently fold in blueberries and dark chocolate chips into the batter using a spatula.

Cooking

  1. Cook in the oven with an oil base.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving
