Ingredients
- 150 g Grated coconut
- 200 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 50 g Butter
- 200 g Milk chocolate
Steps
Coconut Filling
- Add 150 g of grated coconut, 200 g of sweetened condensed milk, 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
- Form rectangular bars from the coconut mixture.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 2h .
Chocolate Coating
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Check if the chocolate is fully melted. If not, repeat the previous step for another minute.
Coating and Setting
- Remove the content of the freezer in the preparation content.
- Remove the coconut bars from the freezer.
- Dip each bar into the melted Milk Chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content on the baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
- Serve Cold.
