  8. Wash the food processor bowl.

Cookie Dough Layer

  1. Add 120 g of butter, 100 g of brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  3. Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Add 180 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
