Steps

Brownie Base

  1. Add 150 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 150 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Add 80 g of flour t55, 30 g of bitter cocoa, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  9. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.

Coconut Balls

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 200 g of grated coconut, 100 g of sweetened condensed milk, 30 g of butter, 1 vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  4. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Assembly

  1. Roll the coconut mixture into small balls using your hands.
  2. Gently press the coconut balls into the surface of the brownie batter in rows.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
  5. Check if a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let the brownie cool completely in the pan.

Chocolate Drizzle

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  4. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a preparation content.
  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the brownie, covering the coconut balls partially.
  6. Let the chocolate set before cutting the brownie into squares and serving.
