  2. Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .

Sorbet

  1. Break the frozen cherry mixture into smaller pieces.
  2. Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
  4. If needed, gradually increase to Speed 8 until smooth.
  5. If the mixture is too hard, add a little Water and blend again.
  6. Serve Immediately.
  7. Garnish with extra Cherries.
