  • 50 g Breadcrumb
  • 1 Egg
  • 10 g Fresh parsley

  2. Add 50 g of green olive in the food processor bowl.
  3. Cut in four, and add 50 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 2 g of clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  6. Add 50 g of breadcrumb, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  7. Chop, and add 10 g of fresh parsley in the food processor bowl.
  8. Add 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  10. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  11. Form the mixture into small, oval-shaped meatballs using your hands.

Cooking

  1. Add 20 g of olive oil in a frypan.
  2. Cook in the oven over medium heat during 15min.
  3. Turn meatballs occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
