Indulge in a delightful treat that brings the classic combination of chocolate and fluffy goodness to your table: Chocolate trays! Originating from the heart of French pastry culture, these trays are a whimsical creation that reminds us of childhood baking escapades. Made with just a handful of ingredients, including eggs, sugar, and Nutella – yes, that's right, the star of every dessert lover's dreams! The recipe invites you to whip those egg whites into a cloud-like froth and then fold in the rich flavors of vanilla and chocolate. Fun fact: the French have been whipping egg whites into a frenzy since the 17th century, proving that some traditions are simply too delicious to let go. Bake these little wonders to perfection and watch as they rise to glory, only to be lovingly filled with a generous pool of Nutella, making them not just a dessert, but an experience to savor!
