- 4 Apples
- 100 g Raisin
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Granulated sugar
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 400 g Water
Steps
- Peel, hollow out, and add 4 apples in a workplan.
- Place each apple on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Add 100 g of raisin in a salad bowl.
- Add 2 teaspoon(s) of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the salad bowl.
- Mix the three ingredients together, then fill the insides of the apples with the mixture and place a little around them.
- Sprinkle each apple with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon-flavored sugar.
- Close the packets and place them in the steaming basket.
- Add 400 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix steam: 30:00min / 120°C / Speed .
- Unpack the apples and serve them hot.
