- 5 g Instant coffee
- 50 g Sugar cube
- 2 Eggs
- 5 g Vanilla flavor
Steps
Coffee Infusion
- Add 200 g of milk, 5 g of instant coffee in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Setaside the preparation content during 10min.
Custard Base
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of sugar cube, 2 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
- Add 5 g of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 80°C / Speed 3.
Final Touch
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a glass.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .
- Serve Cold.
