- 50 g Raisin

- 100 g Nut

- 90 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Orange jelly
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoon(s) Milk
- 0.50 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
Steps
- Cut in pieces, and add 150 g of soft dried fig in the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of raisin, 1 tablespoon(s) of orange zest, 100 g of nut in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 125 g of honey, ½ teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 90 g of dark chocolate, 100 g of orange jelly in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Grease a baking tray and set it aside.
- Add 200 g of flour, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
