Steps

Knepfles Dough

Add 250 g of flour t55, 2 eggs, 80 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Scrape down the sides of the robot bowl with the spatula.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Setaside the preparation content during 15min.

Bacon and Onion

Add 150 g of bacon pieces, 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 15 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.

Final Preparation

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (not in the robot).
Using a Knepfle grater or a slotted spoon, drop small portions of the Knepfles dough into the boiling water.
Boil the boiling water at 100°C.
Cook the Knepfles until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Setaside the preparation content at a bowl.
Add 100 g of whole liquid fresh cream, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 pinch(es) of nutmeg gourd in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 2:00min / 90°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
Serve Hot.
