  • 5 g Salt
  • 100 g Philadelphia
  • 20 g Fresh chive

  1. Add 200 g of flour t55, 50 g of butter, 50 g of water, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  4. Flatten the dough.
  5. Wrap it in cling film.
  6. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
  7. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  8. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface.
  9. Cut into squares with a knife.
  10. Transfer the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
  11. Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
  13. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  14. Transfer the content of the baking tray on a plate let cool.
  15. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

Cream Preparation

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 100 g of philadelphia in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  4. Add 20 g of fresh chive in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Assembly

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream on a cracker.
  2. Top with another cracker.
  3. Repeat.
  4. Sprinkle with Fresh Chives.
  5. Serve Immediately.
