Ingredients
- 1000 g Cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 800 g Water
- 200 g Whipping cream
Steps
Cauliflower
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 500 g of cauliflower in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
- Toss to coat the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the content of the bowl on a baking tray.
- Cook on the oven at 200°C during 20min.
- Check that the cauliflower is golden brown. If not, add 5 more minutes.
Soup
- Cut into small pieces, and add 500 g of cauliflower in the food processor bowl.
- Add 800 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
- Serve Hot.
- Top with roasted cauliflower florets and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
