- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Butter
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt

- 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 200 g Leek
- 300 g Pumpkin
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 Pinch(es) Ground ginger
- 1 Pinch(es) Ground nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Honey
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 1 Egg
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 250 g of flour, 125 g of butter, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.

- Add 3 tablespoon(s) of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place it in a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the dough with a fork.
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 100°C / Speed .
- Sliced in rings, and add 200 g of leek in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, sliced, and add 300 g of pumpkin in the food processor bowl.
- Add ½ teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 pinch(es) of ground ginger, 1 pinch(es) of ground nutmeg, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 tablespoon(s) of honey in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

- Once the cooking is done, spread the pumpkin and leek mixture over the pastry, leaving a 2 cm border.
- Crumble, and distribute 100 g of feta cheese on a Preparation name.

- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, then brush the surface of the galette with the remaining beaten egg.
- Cook in the oven during 25min to 30min.
