  6. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the ramekin.
  8. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .

Goat Cheese Base

  1. Sliced, and add 100 g of country bread on a cutting board.
  2. Spread 50 g of fresh goat cheese on a plate.

Assembling the Dish

  1. Unmould the content of the ramekin on the plate.
  2. Place one orange mousse half-sphere on top of each Goat Cheese base.
  3. Serve Cold.
