  • 200 g Milk chocolate
  • 100 g White chocolate
  • 1 Drop(s) Red dye
  • 1 Drop(s) Green dye
  • 1 g Yellow pectin

Steps

Tempering Dark Chocolate

  1. Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.

Tempering Milk Chocolate

  1. Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 50 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.

Coloring White Chocolate

  1. Cut into small pieces, and add 100 g of white chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  3. Divide the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
  4. Add 1 drop(s) of red dye in the bowl.
  5. Stir until desired color is achieved
  6. Add 1 drop(s) of green dye in the bowl.
  7. Stir until desired color is achieved
  8. Add 1 g of yellow pectin in the bowl.
  9. Stir until desired color is achieved

Molding and Setting

  1. Pour the tempered Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and colored White Chocolate into Easter-themed molds (rabbits, hens, fish, eggs)
  2. Tap the molds gently to release any air bubbles
  3. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.

Final Touches

  1. Carefully remove the chocolates from the molds
