- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 100 g White chocolate
- 1 Drop(s) Red dye
- 1 Drop(s) Green dye
- 1 g Yellow pectin
Steps
Tempering Dark Chocolate
- Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Tempering Milk Chocolate
- Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 50 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Coloring White Chocolate
- Cut into small pieces, and add 100 g of white chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Divide the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
- Add 1 drop(s) of red dye in the bowl.
- Stir until desired color is achieved
- Add 1 drop(s) of green dye in the bowl.
- Stir until desired color is achieved
- Add 1 g of yellow pectin in the bowl.
- Stir until desired color is achieved
Molding and Setting
- Pour the tempered Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and colored White Chocolate into Easter-themed molds (rabbits, hens, fish, eggs)
- Tap the molds gently to release any air bubbles
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
Final Touches
- Carefully remove the chocolates from the molds
- Optionally, decorate with additional edible decorations like Silver Sugar Pearls or Eyes In Sugar Paste before serving
- Serve Immediately.
