Steps

Strawberry Preparation

Cut in two, and add 400 g of strawberry in the food processor bowl.
Add 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 8:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool.

Meringue Preparation

Place the whisk.
Add 3 eggs, 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 8:00min / 50°C / Speed 4.
Remove the whisk.
Mix manual: 4:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Transfer the meringue to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven at 100°C.
Cook in the oven at 100°C during 1h .
Break the cooled meringues into smaller pieces.

Whipped Cream Preparation

Wash the food processor bowl.
Place the whisk.
Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 2:30min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Remove the whisk.

Assembly

Gently fold the strawberry mixture, meringue pieces, and whipped cream together in a bowl.
Cut into dices, and add 100 g of strawberry in a bowl.
Spoon the Eton Mess into glasses or bowls.
Garnish with Fresh Mint leaves.
Serve Immediately.
