Steps

Filling

Add 200 g of ricotta in the food processor bowl.
Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of fig in the food processor bowl.
Add 2 tablespoon(s) of honey in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.

Syrup

Add 200 g of water, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon(s) of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl let cool.
Wash the food processor bowl.

Assembly

Fill each Qatayef with a tablespoon of the ricotta and fig mixture.
Pinch the edges to seal, forming a half-moon shape.

Frying

Add 200 g of olive oil in a frypan.
Cook in the pan with an oil base at 180°C.
Fry the Qatayef until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.
Dip the hot Qatayef in the cooled syrup.
Serve immediately.
