Steps

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan (Ø 24-26 cm), then set aside.
  3. Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Add 100 g of semi-whole wheat flour, 50 tablespoon(s) of powdered almond, 1 bag(s) of baking powder, 100 g of milk, 3 tablespoon(s) of sunflower oil in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  7. Add 70 g of chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  9. Fill the prepared mold with half of the dough.
  10. Peel, sliced in strips, and add 4 pears on a Preparation name.
  11. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  12. Wash the food processor bowl.
  13. Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  14. Mix manual: 4:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.
  15. Add 1 egg, 30 g of cassonade brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
  16. Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  17. Take the cake out without turning off the oven, then top the surface with this preparation.
  18. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  19. After removing from the oven, allow to cool in the mold before serving.
