  3. Add 250 g of flour t55, 20 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.
  7. Form a ball with the dough and place it in a lightly oiled bowl.
  8. Setaside the dough on a workplan cover with towel during 1h .

Toppings

  1. Preheat the oven at 220°C.
  2. Add 150 g of goat's cheese log in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  4. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  5. Wash the food processor bowl.
  6. Thinly slice the Red Onions.
  7. Setaside the Preparation name on the workplan.
  8. Chop the Thyme.
