30 g Granulated sugar
200 g Ice cube
80 g Tequila
40 g Cointreau
30 g Lime juice

Lime Salt Rim

Cut in two, and add 1 lime in a bowl.
Moisten the rim of margarita glasses with a Lime wedge.
Add 50 g of coarse salt on a plate.
Dip the moistened rims into the Coarse Salt to coat evenly.
Setaside the preparation content on the plate.

Margarita Mix

Add 30 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
Add 200 g of ice cube in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.

Frozen Margarita

Add 80 g of tequila, 40 g of cointreau, 30 g of lime juice in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a glass.
Serve Immediately.
