- 60 g Granulated sugar
- 120 g Salted soy sauce
- 60 g Water
- 1 Green onion

Preparation
- Add 1000 g of chicken thigh with a bowl.
- Add 1 salt, 1 pepper in the bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Peel, sliced, and add 50 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
- Mince, and add 3 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 60 g of granulated sugar, 120 g of salted soy sauce in the food processor bowl.

- Move the chicken thighs to the Thermomix bowl.
