  • 120 g Salted soy sauce
  • 60 g Water

  1. Add 1000 g of chicken thigh with a bowl.
  2. Add 1 salt, 1 pepper in the bowl.
  3. Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.

  5. Peel, sliced, and add 50 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mince, and add 3 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.

  8. Add 60 g of granulated sugar, 120 g of salted soy sauce in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
  10. Move the chicken thighs to the Thermomix bowl.
  11. Add 60 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
  13. Check the Chicken Thighs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened to your liking.
  14. Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 2 in inverse. Filler cap open

Serving

  1. Transfer the Ginger Braised Chicken to a serving bowl.
