Ingredients
- 250g wheat flour
- 125g honey
- 100ml milk
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1 pinch of salt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Put the milk and butter in the food processor bowl and set 3 minutes at 50°C, speed 2.
- Add the honey, egg, flour, baking powder, spices and salt into the food processor bowl.
- Mix 20 seconds at speed 4.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool before unmolding and serving.
