  11. Add 100 g of grated gruyère in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  13. Transfer the content of the preparation content a Preparation name.
  14. Gently incorporate them.
