- Cut in pieces, and add 600 g of chicken cutlet in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Shape the meatballs and distribute them between the steam basket and the steam tray.
- Add 1000 g of water in the food processor bowl.

- Add 200 g of rice vermicelli in a Preparation name.
