- Stir constantly to prevent burning, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Setaside the container on a plate let cool.
- Add 5 g of coarse salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 100 g of white sesame seed in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Grind until desired consistency is reached.
- Reduce the time for a coarser texture.
