  • 800 g Chicken breast
  • 10 g Salt
  • 10 g Pepper
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 10 g Fresh dill
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 200 g Heart of lettuce
  • 200 g Cherry tomato
  • 100 g Crouton

Steps

Preparation

  1. Add 400 g of chicken breast in a bowl.
  2. Add 5 g of salt, 5 g of pepper in the bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook in the grill.
  5. Let the chicken breasts cool.
  6. Slice the chicken breasts.
  7. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  8. Roughly chop the heart of lettuce.

Herb Dressing

  1. Add 100 g of mayonnaise, 10 g of fresh dill, 5 g of salt, 5 g of pepper, 10 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Assemble the Salad

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
  2. Add 200 g of heart of lettuce, 200 g of cherry tomato, 100 g of crouton, 400 g of chicken breast in the bowl.
  3. Pour the content of the bowl over a salad bowl.
  4. Toss gently to coat.
